I am a freshwater ecologist based at the National Institute for Water and Atmospheric Research (NIWA) in New Zealand. I lead NIWA's Freshwater Species research theme and have particular interests in freshwater fish ecology, fish migration, fish passage, ecohydraulics, and environmental flows.
